Women’s Firefighting Training
Terra Fuego was funded by the Shasta County Women’s Fund to create an all women’s wildland firefighting program. We provided Basic Firefighter 2 classes and certifications, field training, CPR and First Aid certification, and hosted female guest speakers sharing field knowledge.
Nevada City Simtable Demonstration
Working with Simtable technology, we delivered state of the art simulations to help teach communities and government entities about the progression and prevention of wildfires as well as demonstrate evacuation and fire suppression strategies as they would occur in real time.
